Add Color to the Colorado KaleidosCOpe

We're excited about this campaign because it's devoted to the difference your organization makes in Colorado. And everybody loves a story. Our grantees are perfectly positioned to identify those compelling individuals who best illustrate the challenges our state faces with health and health care.

Stories chosen for publication will be professionally edited and posted on this website. Grantee submissions selected for published video will receive an unrestricted donation award of $5000 for each video work. Submissions selected for published narratives and accompanying photos will receive an unrestricted donation award of $1000.

If you are a current grantee of the Colorado Health Foundation and you're ready to tell us a story, everything you need to get started is below, including:

  • Download the PDFicon Storytelling 101 toolkit that provides tips and best practices for your submission.
  • Whether you work with video or narratives with photography, you will need signed Colorado Health Foundation Authorization and Release Forms

    PDFicon submission entry checklist, you are ready to share your story.

Video Narrative
Stories are the building blocks that align our common aspirations and cultivate relationships. They can teach us about enriching our health, connect our experiences with a complicated health system or give voice to the opportunities and challenges of health reform.
