I too have Fibromyalgia and would love to join jinglebells walk/ run. I am unable to do that level of excersize. I would like to say thank you for the inspiration.

I've been in the Arthritis Foundation Aqua program for almost 9 years. I go three times a week and it has helped me with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. A year ago I decided that since I go anyway I might as well take the instructor class. I've been teaching a class twice a week for a year and I love teaching and helping others enjoy the exercise and the warm water.
