The Colorado Health Foundation will stop accepting KaleidosCOpe submissions effective Oct. 15, 2016.

All KaleidosCOpe videos and written narratives will be integrated into the Foundation's new website. In the meantime, you will be able to find your submitted content on the KaleidosCOpe site through the end of the year and videos will remain on YouTube.

Interested grantees can submit narratives with through Oct. 15, 2016. Those selected for publication will be awarded an unrestricted donation of $5,000 per video and $1,000 per written narrative with optional photography. Read about submission criteria.
